Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for services.

You can request an estimate:

• Before scheduling services

• At any time during treatment

If you receive a bill that is significantly higher than your estimate, you have the right to dispute it.
