Oasis Psychotherapy

A space to slow down, feel safe, and begin again.

You’re used to being the one who holds everything together.

You show up, take care of what needs to get done, and keep moving forward — even when it’s exhausting.

From the outside, things may look fine.

But internally, it feels different.

You might feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or constantly on edge.

You might notice yourself overthinking, shutting down, or struggling to fully relax — even when nothing is “wrong.”

These patterns didn’t come out of nowhere.

They developed for a reason.

Therapy at Oasis is grounded, collaborative, and paced in a way that feels steady and manageable.

We focus on understanding what’s been happening beneath the surface — not just coping with symptoms, but creating meaningful, lasting change.

This work often includes helping you feel more connected to yourself, more regulated in your body, and more at ease in your day-to-day life.

Over time, these patterns can start to feel exhausting — even if they’ve helped you get this far.

I work primarily with adults who are used to being capable, responsible, and the one others rely on — often at the expense of their own well-being.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling quietly overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to shift, even though they appear “fine” on the outside.

You may be used to pushing through, overthinking, or holding everything together — and part of you is starting to realize that it’s not sustainable.

My role is to offer a space that feels steady, thoughtful, and grounded — where you can begin to slow down and not have to hold everything together in the same way.
